510 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 510 platform. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 510 platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms apply to all users of the 510 platform, including visitors browsing without an account and registered members using the full service. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 510 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 510 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 510 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information — including your name, email address, and banking details — constitutes a breach of these terms. 510 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 510 support team immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 510 platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or relevant local regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or other users' accounts;
- Uploading, sending, or distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or any code capable of damaging our systems;
- Use automation, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written permission from 510;
- Engage in any fraudulent activity, including match manipulation or malicious misuse of promotions.
510 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the account in question.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 510 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include, but are not limited to, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local methods listed in your account.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. 510 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking network disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the 510 account holder. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documents. 510 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing while an investigation is conducted if suspicious activity is detected.
Users are not permitted to transfer their account balance to third parties. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the remaining balance.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
510 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance unless determined otherwise through an internal investigation.
Liability Limits
510 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or unforeseen technical errors. This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 510 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 510 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission from 510.
Third-Party Links
The 510 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. 510 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of such third parties. Any dealings you have with third parties are entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
510 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
If you do not agree with any amendments made, you must stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 510 platform shall first be resolved through mutually agreed channels between the user and 510 before being referred to a higher authority.
